I posted this on Facebook yesterday to let everyone know the latest news. Today is Day #12.
DAVE UPDATE:
Have you ever been on a roller coaster ride? We are on Day #11 at the Aroostook House Of Comfort. Dave had about 5 days of being unresponsive as docs adjusted medications for comfort. He has been pain-free now for about 4 days but is still a little confused at times with some hallucinating, but we will get through it. For those of you that know him well, he is picking on the nurses and making them roar with laughter. He always leaves a lasting impression where ever we go in our travels and journeys.

Because he is now stable with his pain and if all goes well today, we will be going home tomorrow. Medicare only allows so many days. God is not done with him yet and Dave is looking forward to being back home. He received his COVID vaccination while here.
Thanks everyone for your support, your prayers, your messages, small errands I needed help with and other things my brain can’t recall right now. It’s one day at a time .
