I hope you aren’t getting tired of seeing creations made with Stampin’ Up!’s Curvy Keepsakes Box Die yet? Are you? Well here’s another and just in time for Halloween:

This one is quite easy as all you have to do is create the box using Basic Black Cardstock, add some eyeballs using the 3/4″ Circle Punch in Whisper White Cardstock, add the pupils using the 1/2″ Circle Punch with Basic Black Cardstock and add the white dots in the eyes using a White Signo Gel Pen.
For the legs, I cut 3 squares inside a square using my Squares Framelits Dies (so two sizes of squares sitting inside each other). Cut them in half at opposite corners so you end up with 8 pieces. Discard 2 of the pieces. Bend one end of each piece, apply adhesive and glue them in place on the sides of your box!
