Happy Sunday! I hope you are enjoying your fall weekend! As for me, I am getting ready to head out to a Stampin’ Up! event in Baltimore Maryland this week so I’m tying up loose ends. Dave is coming with me and we are using 2 days to travel, 2 days in Baltimore and 2 days to drive back. Can’t wait to meet some of my demo friends there!

So have you seen our Color Me Irresistible Designer Paper? What does that huge product title mean? It means that there are clear patterns over this cardstock that are embossed and if you add ink, the patterns resist the ink. I’m going to show you how to use this paper in today’s video. I have two samples to show you:

The close-ups below show you how one is embossed in stripes and the other in dots. Inspiration was from a card I saw made by Jennifer McGuire Ink. Here are a few close-ups:

Notice how shiny the embossing is on both cards? Once I stamped over the embossing, I used a tissue to remove any residue.

Here’s my YouTube video and if for some reason you can’t click on the video, the link is also listed below the video!

Hi Debbie, I am just catching up on emails and noticed your comment about the Baltimore on Stage event. How cool that you are will be at the same venue. I have been following you for a couple of years, hopefully I will bump into you while in Baltimore. Safe travels!
Belinda, wish I could have found you! With us sitting through most of the day it was harder to meet new demo's! I had a good time, hope you did!
