Welcome to a Christmas In July Blog Hop featuring the Carols Of Christmas stamp set! Only 2 more days and you all will get to order this bundle of stamps and dies. Still not sure about ordering the bundle? I promise after you visit each and every one of us participating in the blog hop, the bundle will end up on your next order!

You probably can’t tell what I did here on my card because it’s hard to capture in a photo. I used the Quilted Christmas Designer Paper which you’ll see in the new Holiday Catalog but something interesting that I glued over the designer paper is the Naturally Eclectic Card Overlays. The overlay is a clear window sheet with preprinted white leaves on the top and bottom. Isn’t it pretty? The designer paper peeks out of the overlay.
The sentiment is stamped using Basic Black Ink on a piece of the designer paper and then I glued the overlay in place. In order for the adhesive not to show, I added Glue Dots under the white leaves and pressed in place over the designer paper. How smart is that?

I used the Card Front Builder Dies to cut lots and lots of trees in two cardstock colors and I layered them on the left-hand side of the sentiment. In the photo below, you see the holly flowers and holly leaves that I stamped, die-cut and then colored with Clear Wink Of Stella:

If you look closely at the trees, they are all glued in place flat and then I added Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals under the first 2 rows and the tops only to give the trees some height. When I glued the holly flowers and leaves, I added some Copper Twine in place underneath.

Now it’s time to visit all of my teammates. Just click on a name and keep visiting from blog to blog. Don’t forget that starting August 1st, you can order the Carols Of Christmas bundle for yourself and you’ll have lots of samples to use for your own cards! Thanks for visiting me today!

What a lovely card, Debbie! Thanks for sharing!
Very pretty. The layering of the different shades of green for the trees is beautiful!
I love how you did the trees – and so glad I read about how you used the overlay! I totally thought it was white die cut leaves and an overlay is so much easier and super pretty. Great card design! Thanks for hopping!
Debbie – using the Eclectic overlay was *inspired*. Love it to bits! Great card. Have a super week ahead and God Bless, Cynthia <><
