Welcome to a Saturday Blog Hop at Create with Connie & Mary. Special Folds are what’s in store for you today and this card has LOTS of folds:

You can see here where all of the folds are located and what is neat is the front panel and the inside panel are the exact same size. When you close the card, they sit directly on top of each other!

I normally don’t complete the inside of my cards until I need them but for this one, I had to so you’d understand the concept. Don’t you just love the Golden Honey Designer Paper?

Want to learn how to create my card?
Keep scrolling and I’ll show you!

Card Recipe:
- Card Base: Basic Black Cardstock 9-5/8″ x 5-1/2″. On the 9-5/8″ side, score at 4-1/4″, 7-1/4″ and 8-3/4″. Fold on the score lines in opposite directions.
- Golden Honey Designer Paper: glue on the sections as shown. I used multiple patterns and the sizes are: 5-1/4″ x 5/8″, 5-1/4″ x 1-1/4″, 5-1/4″ x 2-3/4″ and 5-1/4″ x 4″.
- Front Flap & Inside Layer: Cut (2) Basic Black Cardstock 4″ x 3″. Glue one piece to the front flap and line up the 2nd piece to the inside so when you close the card, it hides behind the one on the front.
- Flap Layer & Inside Layer: Cut (2) Whisper White Cardstock 3-3/4″ x 2-3/4″. Stamp and color the flower images using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and color with So Saffron Light Stampin’ Blends. Stamp the bee and sentiment on one layer and color. Glue the white layer to the inside flat. Glue the white layer to the front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bee: Stamp an additional bee on Whisper White Cardstock and color. Cut out with the die and glue to card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Bling: Add Champagne Rhinestone Jewels to card front.
