What does Thursday bring for you today? It brings a new challenge at Create with Connie & Mary. I used a few new products from the Occasions Catalog and I mixed in a few from the Annual Catalog for today’s card. Here are the three colors for our color challenge this week:

I loved that our new “Lace Trim” is in the Sahara Sand Color and so is the “Something Borrowed Designer Paper”:

I then mixed in the “Blended Bloom” and “Flamingo Lingo” stamp sets. I stamped the flower using the Basic Gray Ink and grabbed the ink from the image using a Blender Pen and colored. I added the “Something Borrowed Embellishment” in the center of my flower.

I double-up the lace layers and used Sticky Strip to glue it in place. I love the way this card turned out. It would not have been a color combo I would have come up with on my own!
Make sure you hop on over to Create with Connie & Mary. My teammates have great project to show you and you can still sign up for our Spring Collection while visiting!

Thanks for stopping by to visit me today!
