Yippee! I am on my way to Manchester New Hampshire to a CK Scrapbook Convention this morning for four days! This is my first time thanks to Jane, who is one of my customers and talked me into going with her. I’ll report back next week!
Also a quick note. Feedburner is no longer working properly and some of you are not receiving my posts in your email. I am trying to find a different route so please be patient!
Here is a new sketch challenge for this week at Create with Connie & Mary:

And this is my card:

I have a few customers of mine that meet once a month for an old-fashioned “Tea Party” so this card reminds me of these girls! Although the Tea Lace Doily is perfectly round and my stamped center is oval, don’t they look good layered together? I used Stampin’ Dimensionals to glue the stamped oval in place:

Do you like how I turned my tag into a faux teabag? I added the string to the little shape from the Little Labels Punch Pack and added Candy Dots to decorate each shape.
Make sure you visit Create with Connie & Mary to see what the other girls are up to this week. We never disappoint!

Thanks for stopping by to visit!

Gorgeous and am thinking seriously of CASEing this lovely card….thanks for sharing and have a great time!
What a bright and cheerful card! Love how you used the doily to tie in with the tea party theme.
You are just SO clever! Love that little tea bag! And I think that the round doily looks perfect behind the oval stamped image! Such a sweet card!
Love your little tea bag! It is so creative! And your card is overall lovely.
Your card is beautiful! You are so clever to "see" a tea bag in that tag!! I really like the oval on the circle doily, it looks great! Beautiful card as always!
I love your card Debbie! The doily is perfect for a tea party theme card as well as the cute little tea bag sentiment! You are so clever!
This would make a great invitation for tea party! So cute!
