This is my very last Christmas card for Create with Connie & Mary this year. We as demonstrators start showing Christmas cards so early before the holiday season is even upon us that I must confess, I need to move on to something else! Here is our color challenge this week at Create with Connie & Mary:

The Evergreen stamp set is one of those stamp sets that carried over from last year’s catalog. It was one of my favorites last year and remains one of my favorites:

I hand-cut a piece of Silver Glimmer Paper to resemble a snow bank for my trees to set on. I also stamp the tree image on a post-it note and hand-cut to use it as a mask so that I could stamp the tree repeatedly without it overlapping on top of each other:

I also used a Blender Pen to grab to ink color from the tree image and lightly wash it around the inside of the image to color it. The Silver Glimmer Paper stars finish off the trees and I completed the card by adding some flakes of snow using the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set:

- Stamps: Gorgeous Grunge, Evergreen, Remembering Christmas (sentiment)
- Inks: Cherry Cobbler
- Tools: Blender Pen, Modern Label Punch, Merry Minis Punch Pack
- Cardstock: Cherry Cobbler, Silver Foil, Whisper White, Silver Glimmer Paper
- Accessories: Silver Ribbon

Beautiful, Debbie….love the stars and the snow….very pretty colors – cherry cobbler is my go-to red anymore, though I still love Real Red, just so different!
