What was my inspiration for today’s card at Create with Connie & Mary? Well, first off the beautiful colors for our color challenge this week:

And 2nd is the fact that it is hunting season here in Maine. I love the “Walk In The Wild” stamp set as it is perfect for hunting season! Here’s my card:

I used the “Motion Technique” for my pheasant. Very easy to achieve…you ink the stamp once, stamp it and move over about a half an inch, stamp again without re-inking and repeat a third time. The image gets lighter each time and makes it look like “motion”:

Card Supplies:
- Stamps: Wetlands, Walk in the Wild
- Inks: Smoky Slate, Coastal Cabana
- Cardstock: Coastal Cabana, Real Red, Water Color Paper
- Tools: Ticket Punch, Corner Rounder Punch, Stampin’ Dimensionals
- Accessories: Baker’s Twine, Candy Dots
