Welcome back Create with Connie & Mary challenge players. Our last challenge lasted 2 weeks due to the Stampin’ Up! convention but we are now back to our weekly schedule. We have a cute sketch for our challenge this week:
And I decided to go “Clean & Simple” with this one:
Don’t you just love black & red together? Always makes for such an elegant duo. I stamped the large focal image from “Beautifully Baroque” using “Jet Black StazOn Ink” and then added the sentiment to the very bottom of the card. The sentiment is from the stamp set “Really Good Greetings” in “Real Red Ink”. I then added the cute butterfly from the “Best of Butterfly’s” stamp set, hand cut and glued in place with “Stampin’ Dimensionals”:

- Cardstock: Basic Black, Real Red, Whisper White

Black and red together along with either very vanilla or whisper white, is one of my all time favorite combinations!!! I love your card!!

Love the embossed centerpiece, the color combo is fabulous and the butterfly looks like it is in motion!
