What perfect Valentine’s colors we have for you today at Create with Connie & Mary!
Here are the colors for our challenge this week:

Notice how I used the Lucky Limeade color just here and there to make things pop? Did you know a common practice in the color world is to add a third complementary color? Colors
that are opposite each other on the color wheel are considered to be
complementary
colors. In this case, the green is opposite to the
pinks. The high contrast of complementary colors creates a vibrant look
and can be tricky to use in large doses, but work well
when you want something to stand out. Take a peek at my card:

I stamped the background first using Raspberry Ripple Cardstock as my base color and stamped the floral image from the Creative Elements Stamp Set using Whisper White Craft Ink.
My hearts were all created using the Hearts A Flutter Stamp Set and the Hearts A Flutter Framelits Dies. I used Raspberry Ripple, Lucky Limeade and Pretty In Pink Inks. Each heart was folded in half and glued in place. I added smaller hearts cut with the Small Heart Punch and coordinating cardstocks.
The sentiment in the center of the scalloped heart is from the Seasonal Sayings Stamp Set.

Fabulous combination of stamped images! I really like the fluttering hearts! So cute!
I have loved this card since I first saw it on the Yahoo Groups page. The layout with the hearts diagonally across the page with the background stamping all add up to a stunning card.
Oh my goodness this card is wonderful! And the colors perfect – thanks for the color lesson. I love all the folded hearts and the splash of green among the pinks. A wonderful Valentine's card.

Great card! Love the cascading hearts! Almost looks like a bunch of butterflies fluttering across the card.
