How are you coming along with your Christmas cards this year? If you need a little more inspiration come visit the design team at Create with Connie & Mary. I promise we all won’t disappoint you. Just take a peek at what our rich color combination is for this week:

And my card:

It really didn’t take a whole lot to make this card gorgeous. The Champagne Glimmer Paper does it all for you. Whether you use a little or a lot, this paper is the best! To offset my Very Vanilla over Very Vanilla Cardstock layers, I used a layer of Vellum Paper and it is the perfect touch:

No need to stamp an ornament image for this ornament. Just cut the shape using the Holiday Ornaments Framelits Dies and the Champagne Glimmer Paper and your ornament needs nothing else. This is the list of the items I used:
Stampin’ Up! Supplies:
- Cardstock:
Very Vanilla, Vellum Paper - Inks: Illuminate
- Stamps: Open Sleigh
- Tools: Big Shot Machine, Holiday Ornaments Framelits Dies, Window Frames Framelits dies, Large Scallop Edgelits, Delicate Designs Textured Impressions Folder, Petals-A-Plenty Textured Impressions Folder, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Modern Label Punch, Mini Glue Dots
- Accessories:
1/8″ Taffeta Ribbon in Very Vanilla - DSP:Champagne Glimmer Paper

Gorgeous! Love the layer of vellum! It really adds the perfect touch of softness! And I love the texture!
Really pretty! I really like the scalloped edge (we're twins…I did that too!) and the textures from the different embossing folders.
This card is so elegant! Simple and clean and full of texture – I love it!
Beautiful Christmas card Debbie! I love the champagne bauble and the champagne trim – so effective!
Brilliant idea to use vellum, Debbie. This card is gorgeous!
