Quite a few of my customers and blog readers wanted to know how I created the card pouch I posted HERE. I decided to post a tutorial:
Start out with a 12 x 12 piece of Designer Series Paper (DSP):
Fold in half and using a Bone Folder, run it across the fold to make it crisp. You should use your Bone Folder on all the folds listed in each step:

Flip your DSP over and using a ruler, mark off a 1″ pencil mark on each side of your fold line:

Flip your DSP over and do the same thing on the other side. Your pieces should line up together. This is what the bottom should look like when you open it:

Add a ribbon tied in a bow or a knot:
Add your cards and envelopes to each pouch on both sides:
Completed pouch!

Wow, Debbie – that totally makes sense now. Now that I read your original post again, it makes sense to me. Thanks for the step-by-step photo tutorial, it is much appreciated! I can't wait to whip one of these up. When I do, I'll be sure to link back to you and let you know when I do (hopefully this week when I get a chance to make some coordinating cards). Thanks again!!! 🙂
Oh you make look so easy. I hope to make one soon too. Hugs,
