Everyone can use a bookmark!! This one slides right over the corner of the page. Think of all the ways you can decorate this project, there is so much potential. You could decorate it for a child, masculine, feminine, one for each holiday, you name it…………
Using the “Petal Die”, cut one. Cut off two of the adjacent “petals”. If you would like to sponge the edges, now is the time to do that before you start glueing and folding. Fold the other two petals over and glue where they meet. Decorate as you like. I used the tab punch and sponged the edges, fold it in half and glue to each side of the bookmark. The small flower is from the “Boho Blossoms Punch”. If adding any brads as I did, add the brad before you fold it over and glue so the brad won’t show on the backside. I used the “Vintage Labels” in “Chocolate Chip” ink and used the “Scallop Circle Punch” for it’s shape. I stamped the small butterfly from the “Flight of the Butterfly” stamp set in “Chocolate Chip” ink and used the “1 1/4″ Circle Punch”.
Enjoy…..try it out……quick and simple!
