As promised……a day late…….here is the tutorial for the cute Bag-a-lopes I made for the grandkids for Halloween. Start out with an envelope…..I used a size 4.75″ x 6″ envelope.
Seal the envelope…….


With your paper snippers, snip off one short side of the envelope on the score line…….at this point, you can use the Scallop Edge punch for a fancier edge to your bag like I did on my bag-a-lopes…..

Now, open your envelope on the cut side and insert your hand. With the opposite hand, run your fingers on the bottom edges to flatten out the bottom. You will end up with flaps on each end as pictured….
