Autumn Days

I just love this new set called “Autumn Days” from Stampin’ Up. In the first card sample, I stamped both images on Whisper White card stock using the Chocolate Chip ink pad. I layered over Pumpkin Pie card stock, layered over Chocolate Chip and the background card stock is More Mustard. I also stamped a different image from the Autumn Days set with white ink on the Chocolate Chip layer. I then added square brads to each stamped image. I used a scallop punch in Pumpkin Pie layered with a 1″ Whisper White circle punch with the Happy Birthday sentiment. My second card was made using the same set “Autumn Days”. This time I used Chocolate Chip as my card’s background. I stamped the pheasant image on Whisper White card stock and used Stampin’ Up’s corner rounder to round off the corners on the right side of the card. I then layered the image with Barely Banana card stock followed by Really Rust card stock. My next step was to use the same three layered colors and use the Scallop Punch from Stampin’ Up to make a thin strip for the edge of the card. I then used the maple leaf stamp inked with Chocolate Chip on Whisper White card stock and used the 1″ round punch. I layered this on the 1 3/4″ round punched with Barely Banana. I also punched a separate 1 3/4″ round on the Really Rust card stock to emphasize the the layers. The “Best Wishes” sentiment was inked in White ink and I finished by adding 3 brads to the remaining 3 corners.

I used the same colors of card stock to finish the inside of my card.
