For Week #2 of my Adult Education Papercrafting Class, the girls were intrigued with how I added dry embossing the the cards we created in Week #1 so I told them I would bring my Big Shot Machine so they could try it out. I normally emboss and cut all the shapes at home for them due to the one hour time limit for class.
For Card #1, the girls each took turns embossing the Old Olive Cardstock layer with the Oh My Stars Embossing Folder. The deer was stamped on an oval that was cut with the Layering Ovals Framelits Dies with the reindeer image stamped from the Merry Mistletoe stamp set. It was neat to see the reaction to using the Big Shot Machine.
Card #2 was a neat card also. All of the swirls were stamped from the Falling Flowers stamp set and colored with Stampin’ Write Markers:
The butterfly was stamped and cut with the Big Shot Machine using the Watercolor Wings stamp set. Here are the supplies I used on both cards:
