Okay, did I make you smile with that first photo? How could I not? I had seen this idea on a Ziplock container ad and had this on my list to do for each of our children’s families for Christmas. They all loved them. The containers are the 16 oz size that I purchased HERE. It was perfect because one container holds hot chocolate packets or you can add the loose powder as well. And the other two containers hold mini marshmallows and peppermint candies.

I used some retired ribbon that I had on hand for the scarves and just tied the ribbon
around the bottom of the dish. The eyes are the 3/4″ Circle Punch and the buttons
are 1/2″ Circle Punch. I added details for both using a white gel pen and then glued
them all in place using Stampin’ Dimensionals. The nose is hand-cut and then glued in place.

The hat took a little bit of time but it wasn’t bad. I should have taken photos as I assembled
them as it’s a little difficult to explain. I decorated each hat with the same ribbon, some
die-cut snowflakes and a sentiment that I thought was perfect to go with a snowman!

I just love this my niece is wanting to give hot chocolate treats to guests at her wedding in October 2020 and I would love to make these for that. Can you please give me the dimensions for the hat? Thank you!
