It’s my final day of my 12 Days Of Christmas Tags and I truly hope you enjoyed a different tag creation each day. If you missed some or all, you can click here to see all of them:

With all that has been happening in our nation I thought I would end Day #12 with a “PEACE” tag. Isn’t that what we all wish for? Never mind gifts at Christmas, all I want is for world peace. I want us to be back to what we stood for years ago before 9-11. Is that too much to ask for?
I created a little wintery scene using the Sheltering Tree, Festival Of Trees and Peaceful Wreath stamp sets. I stamped a partial tree hugging the left-hand side of the tag. Once I added the Real Red sentiment I decided I need a little bit more red so I stamped the bird in the tree to coordinate the color and balance out the tag:

The snowbanks were created with two layers of torn cardstock and layered:

- Start with a Pool Party Cardstock piece measuring 2″ x 5″. Use the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch for the top.
- Stamp the tree using Early Espresso Ink and add the bird image stamped with Real Red Ink.
- Add snowflakes in the background using Whisper White Ink.
- Cut two pieces of Whisper White Cardstock measuring 1″ x 3″. Tear toward you along the 3″ side. Layer together to form your snowbank and glue to the bottom of the tag. Trim to fit. Stamp the sentiment using Real Red Ink.
- Tie a piece of White Jute Ribbon through the hole at the top of the tag and tie the tails together using Silver Cording Trim.
