Want a quick and simple treat for Halloween? I love this one today for Day #9 of my 10 Days Of Halloween Projects. Take a peek:

The Stampin’ Up! 2″ x 8″ Cello Bags are perfect for the Nuggets Chocolate Bars. I covered 3 nuggets with Spooky Night Designer Paper strips measuring 1″ wide and wrapped and glued them around to the back. I inserted the nuggets into the cello bag and added a sentiment from the Seasonal Chums stamp set inked in Basic Black Ink on Very Vanilla Cardstock. Once I cut the sentiment using the Classic Label Punch, I glued it to the front using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
For the bag topper I started with a piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock 3″ x 4″, scored in the center at 2″ and folded. I stapled the cardstock over the cello bag:

To finish off my project, I added a piece of Spooky Night Designer Paper to the front of the topper to cover the staple. The designer paper measures 2-3/4″ x 1-3/4″. I stamped the pumpkin image from Seasonal Chums, colored it with a Blender Pen and some ink pads and then cut it out with the coordinating dies. I glued it in place using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Enamel Shapes in the background and called it good!

These would be perfect to use at craft fairs and you could change it up to Christmas-themed!
